Our colleague, Zoltán Peterecz, PhD, on January 23 successfully held his habilitation talks at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest.
His Hungarian talk was titled "Manifest Destiny—Exceptionalism in the United States in the First Half of the 19th Century," while the English presentation was "The Truman Doctrine."
Following the presentation a few questions were raised in the wake of which a small conversation ensued.
