Judit Balogh, PhD, Became a University Professor

President János Áder appointed our colleague, dr. Judit Balogh Vargáné, PhD, to become a university professor.
Dr. Balogh graduated Kossuth Lajos University in Debrecen with an excellent result in 1991. She went on to maintain a highly successful career for decades, during which she has won several awards and scholarships such as the Bolyai János Research Grant, the MTA-MAB Academic Award, and the "Pro Facultate Litteratum Universitatis Miskolcinensis" Plaque.
She joined the staff of EKU in January, 2015. Since then, she has been a tutor at the Department of Antiquities, Middle Ages and Early Modern History, and a permanent member of the Doctoral School of History.
