Our Colleagues' Conference Lectures in Bratislava

Our faculty members, Dr. Csüllög Judit and Dr. Várady Krisztina were invited speakers of the EPTA (European Piano Teachers’ Association) international music seminar, honoring the Kodály year.
The conference took place in Bratislava (Slovakia). between 2017. 08. 23-2017. 08. 25. It was designated primarily for Slovakian piano teachers. Dr. Csüllög lectured on Bartók Béla: For Children; the Slovakian and Hungarian folk trancriptions throughout the cycle and the specific methods of their usage in piano teaching situations Dr. Várady's topic was connected to Kodály's piano pedagogical output. The title Games on black&white keysreferred to a more detailed, but also a new and playful approach to our great composers' piano pedagogical works. The lectures were presented both in Hungarian and in Slovakian.
