On 11 November 2019 Michael Geaney will deliver a very special lecture entitled Irish Traditional Singing. The lecturer will present traditional Irish songs and provide information on them from various aspects. In addition to the authentic presentation of the songs the lecture provides an insight into a very special facet of Irish culture and those present will also have the opportunity of listening to the Irish language by a native speaker.

The lecture begins at 3.30 PM and is held in room B404, at the usual time of the Irish Culture seminar.
