Incoming and Outgoing Mobility

Coordination of incoming and outgoing student, academic and administrative staff mobility. We provide consultation and advising services, manage the promotion of the international mobility programmes for students and staff, and we maintain working relationships with student and professional organisations. The Office participates in various international projects including the highly popular Erasmus+ programme and the Stipendium Hungaricum programme. Main activities of the office in terms of outgoing student and staff mobility:

 Main activities in terms of outgoing student and staff mobility:

  • full coordination and administration of institutional international mobility programmes before, during and after the mobility
  • nvitation of applications for institutional international mobility programmes
  • management of the inter-institutional Erasmus+ agreements
  • preparation of scholarship contracts
  • preparation and coordination of the institutional Erasmus+ applications, liaising with the National Erasmus Agency, preparation of interim reports and final reports
  • organisation of the International Scholarship Days promotional event
  • organisation of information events for local student
  • personal advising services
  • act as a first point of contact for outgoing students before, during and after mobility
  • management of the Mobility Online administrative system
  • marketing activities, website and social media management

 

Main activities of the office in terms of incoming student and staff mobility:

  • full administration in study-related issues provided for international student
  • institutional coordination and full administration of the Erasmus+ programme, the Stipendium Hungaricum programme before, during and after the mobility
  • organisation of the Orientation Days and other events and leisure activities for the international students
  • recruitment of credit mobility and degree-seeking international students
  • personal advising services
  • act as a first point of contact for incoming students before, during and after mobility
  • management of the Mobility-Online administrative system
  • marketing activities, website and social media management
