Information for international students about the change of owner

Application step-by-step

Please complete and submit your online application in Mobility-Online.  Please note that we do not accept any late applications and applications not registered in Mobility-Online.

ONLINE APPLICATION procedure 

Application Deadline:
2021/22 Autumn Semester/whole academic year: FROM 24 MAY TO 11 JUNE 2021
2021/22 Spring Semester: FROM 2 NOVEMBER TO 22 November 2021

Minimum level of English: B1 (intermediate) 

Before Arrival:
1. register to Mobility-Online 

2. complete your personal data by clicking the link "Complete personal data"
3. print out the application and get it signed by your departmental/international coordinator and upload the application form
4. upload your Language skills certificate (any offcial certificate is accepted)
5. download the template for Learning Agreement before the mobility
6. fill in your Learning Agreement before the mobility, sign it, have it signed by your departmental/institutional coordinator upload it to Mobility-Online (fully completed documents are accepted only)
7. Fill in the accomodation form and upload it
8. signed Learning Agreement before the mobility and Official Invitation received via e-mail. No further steps are required to be completed in Mobility-Online before arrival.


After arrival (During the Mobility):
8. Answer the questionnaire on Learning Agreement changes (Learning Agreement during the mobility) in Mobility-Online (before the deadline given in the academic calendar):
9. download the template for Learning Agreement during the mobility
10. fill in your Learning Agreement during the mobility, sign it and submit the original to Centre for International Relations
11. Learning Agreement during the mobility signed by EKU is uploaded and recevied via e-mail
12. Upload the signed Learning Agreement during the mobility (version signed by all three parties). Please note that if you miss to upload the Learning Agreement during the mobility signed by all three parties you will not be able to go to the next step in your work-flow (will not be able to fill in your Learning Agreement after the mobility/Transcript)

End of stay abroad:
13. Check your marks in Neptun system and contact your home university for the required documents. If you would like to use our Learning Agreement after the mobility (Transcript of Records) form you can download the template from Mobility-Online or here 
14. fill out  (ONLY course codes and course titles) and upload Learning Agreement after the mobility (only DOC files allowed) or send it via e-mail to us with other required documents (Erasmus+ certificate etc.).
15. Learning Agreement after the mobility is formally checked, the signed document is uploaded by CIR at the end of the semester. If the originals are signed before the student's departure they can collect them.
