10 doctors teach in the English-language medical programme at Hubei University of Science and Technology in China. They have come to Eszterházy to improve their English skills in the next three months – with a special attention to listening and speaking proficiency in the field of medical treatment.
With the help of native teachers, they will participate in a 120-hour language course and several medical conferences in English organized by Semmelweis University.

After their arrival, Dr. Kálmán Liptai, rector of Eszterházy Károly University welcomed the delegation. He emphasized that the arrival of doctors is of paramount importance for the university and will be a vital part of the Chinese-Hungarian cooperation.

The Rector encouraged the doctors to get acquainted with Eger and Hungarian culture as well. Participants were also welcomed by the tutors and student mentors who will help them to be familiar with the Lyceum and some places of interest.
