On Friday 28 September students of the Hungarian Culture and Intercultural Awareness course participated, with their teacher Judit Tóth, in a one day study tour in order to get more familiar with the Hungarian capital.
Given that this class is attended by international students of EKU, all together 12 nations were represented in this trip.
The program started by sightseeing in Hero's Square. Then the students visited the Parliament in the framework of a guided tour in English. The stunning building of the Hungarian Parliament really impressed everyone. In the afternoon, the group went to Gellért hill where they could enjoy the breathtaking panorama of our capital city. The program finished by sightseeing in Buda Castle District.
During all the day, the weather was sunny and the students could see many beautiful sites of Budapest and learn a lot about the history of our nation.
