VISIT TO INDONESIA

Last modified: 2021. January 28.

Between August 28 and September 2 a delegation of Eszterházy Károly University visited some partner institutions in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

ISI Institut Seni Indonesia also known as Indonesia Institute of The Arts and Eszterházy Károly University have had a long and prosperous relationship for several years. During this year's visit, the EKU delegation discussed some vital topics with the management of ISI. In addition to student and teacher mobility, Parties agree to collaborate with each other as both Universities have publications in peered journals, common research and double degree programmes as well.

EKU has had a cooperation with UPN University Pembangunan Nasional 'Veteran' in the field of geography and environmental science. Economy and IT will be added to this list in the near future.

EKU aims at cooperating with UNY Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta in the field of pedagogy. Just like Eszterházy, UNY – a former college – is a paramount contributor in the field of pedagogy.

EKU also had a collaboration with one of Indonesia's main catholic private university, University Sanata Dharma. They are really interested in short programmes (summer universities) and student or teacher mobilities.
