Participants are provided free of charge:

- coffe breaks,

- lunch for Wednesday and Friday,

- dinner for Tuesday,

- transfer to and from Gyöngyös on Wednesday,

- trip on Friday

Participants are responsible to cover their own travel to/from Eger, accommodation and other personal costs. Please consider applying for Erasmus+ STA/STT grant at your home institution (if applicable).

To apply for the progamme please fill in the Application Form and in case you plan to come as Erasmus STA/STT, please send your Mobility Agreement to academicmobility@uni-eszterhazy.hu.

Application is open until 11 March 2019, decision on acceptance will be sent to all applicants until 14 March.

We accept a maximum of 30 participants, no more than two colleagues per institution.
